Larry Bailey, MD.., completed an Anesthesiology residency at the University of Colorado and practiced in Arcata, CA, before moving to Redding in 1992. He is board certified in Anesthesiology.

Shishir A. Dhruva, MD

Shishir Dhruva, MD.., completed an Anesthesiology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Following that, he has completed fellowship training in Pain Management and Cardiothoracic anesthesia. He is board certified in Anesthesiology and has been in Redding since 1987. Dr. Dhruva is the Medical Director of TPM (Pain Clinic).

Randy Gleason, MD

Randy Gleason, MD.., completed an Anesthesiology residency at Loma Linda University and practiced in Oklahoma for six years before moving to Redding in 1992. He is board certified In Anesthesiology.

Robert Hansen, MD

Robert Hansen, MD, M.B.A., Served as an administrator at Boston University Medical Center before starting medical school at BU. Internal Medicine Residency and Critical Care Fellowship at UCSF, Anesthesiology Residency at Stanford. Joined RAAMG in 1987. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Critical Care and Anesthesiology. Serves as Managing Partner for RAAMG. .

Stephen Nichols, MD

Stephen Nichols, MD completed an anesthesiology residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. He moved to Redding in 1994. He is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Nichols is board certified in Anesthesiology.

Rajnish Patel, MD

Rajnish A. Patel, MD completed an Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Michigan after finishing medical school at University of Michigan. He practiced for two years in Ann Arbor before moving to Redding in 1996. He is board certified in Anesthesiology.

Ramesh Raju Kakarlapudi, MD

Dr. Ramesh completed an Anesthesiology residency at Medical College of Wisconsin. He joined RAAMG on December 20, 2000. He is board certified in Anesthesiology.

David Sydow, MD

David Sydow, MD completed an Anesthesiology residency at UC Irvine in 1992. He joined RAAMG in 1996 after completing a four year tour of duty with the US Army. He is board certified in Anesthesiology.

Ravikumar Tripuraneni, MD

Ravi Tripuraneni, MD.. has completed fellowship training in pediatric and cardiac anesthesiology and is board certified in Anesthesiology. He has practiced in Redding since 1986. He is the most senior partner.

Pavankumar Davuluri, MD

Pavankumar Davuluri, MD completed anesthesiology training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Prior to moving to Redding, he practiced in Fargo for 5 years.  He is board certified in Anesthesiology.

Pervez Iranpur, MD

Pervez Iranpur, MD completed his anesthesiology training in Tampa, FL and did a one  year fellowship in Pain Management. He is board certified in Anesthesiology with sub-specialty certification in Pain Medicine.

John Dyson, MD

 He has recently re-joined RAAMG. Moved here from Colorado. He is board certified in anesthesiology.
