Please read this first!

• Please use the link below to go to the web portal
• Please wait for 60 minutes before you login after you have been provided with your login information. It takes about 60 minutes for the user information to be sent to the server.
• Please note that the username and password provided are case sensitive (UPPERCASE & lowercase)
• If you enter incorrect password 3 times, the system will not let you login until we reset your password.
• If you need to reset your password after 3 failed attempts, you will need to get a new password in person. This will not be given to you on the phone or via email.
• TPM does not keep your password information.
• If you lose your password, you will need to get a new password in person. This will not be given to you on the phone or via email.
• Please change your password. Use the "Reset Password" button on the main page to change your password.
